The Potterton Promax Ultra Combi Boiler has been designed specifically for social housing and new build projects.
The 40kW model delivers a higher domestic hot water flow rate, making it the perfect option for larger properties. Compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane LPG fuel types, the Promax Ultra also comes with built-in frost protection and flueing options of up to 20 metres. This allows greater siting flexibility as it can be installed almost anywhere.
The Promax Ultra Combi Boiler has achieved N0x Class 5 (the best in class) and has an excellent SAP 2012 seasonal efficiency rating for cost-effective Building Regulations compliance.
