The Altecnic range of radiator valve extended tailpipes are intended to makeup the difference between existing pipework and a new radiator or radiator valves. If the pipework to a radiator is embedded into a solid floor or wall, to move the pipework would cause a major disturbance and damage to the floor covering or wall decoration, one solution is to use an extended tailpipe.
